Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 45kD band observed in fetal Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 32.7kD according to NP_001001985.3). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Becker et al, J Biol Chem. 2010 Sep 17;285(38):29156-64. PMID: 20643647). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
