  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

NANOG antibody was raised against kLH-conjugated synthetic peptide between amino acids 94-123 from internal region of human NANOG.
LS-E3670 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3425 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3425 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.

NANOG Antibody, Nanog homeobox Antibody, NANOGP8 Antibody, HNanog Antibody, Homeobox protein NANOG Antibody

Transcription regulator involved in inner cell mass and embryonic stem (ES) cells proliferation and self-renewal. Imposes pluripotency on ES cells and prevents their differentiation towards extraembryonic endoderm and trophectoderm lineages. Blocks bone morphogenetic protein-induced mesoderm differentiation of ES cells by physically interacting with SMAD1 and interfering with the recruitment of coactivators to the active SMAD transcriptional complexes.

Anti-NANOG antibody IHC of human testis. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3425 concentration 10 ug/ml.

Anti-NANOG antibody IHC of human spleen. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3425 concentration 10 ug/ml.

Immunofluorescence of NANOG Antibody with HeLa cells. 0.025 mg/ml primary antibody was followed by FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (whole molecule). FITC emits green fluorescence.

Western blot

Western blot
NANOG Antibody western blot of MCF-7 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The NANOG antibody detected the NANOG protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric of HeLa cells using NANOG Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
