Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Component of the SOSS complex, a multiprotein complex that functions downstream of the MRN complex to promote DNA repair and G2/M checkpoint. In the SOSS complex, acts as a sensor of single-stranded DNA that binds to single-stranded DNA, in particular to polypyrimidines. The SOSS complex associates with DNA lesions and influences diverse endpoints in the cellular DNA damage response including cell-cycle checkpoint activation, recombinational repair and maintenance of genomic stability.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human thyroid tissue using anti-OBFC2B mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human ovary tissue using anti-OBFC2B mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human breast tissue using anti-OBFC2B mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human lung tissue using anti-OBFC2B mouse monoclonal antibody.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human endometrium tissue using anti-OBFC2B mouse monoclonal antibody.
Western blot of extracts (35 ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-OBFC2B monoclonal antibody.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY OBFC2B (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-OBFC2B.
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-OBFC2B antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
