Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified N-Acylmannoseamine-1-Dehydrogenase [Recombinant from Pseudomonas]. Cross reactivity against N-Acylmannoseamine-1-Dehydrogenase from other sources is unknown.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Store at 4°C while lyophilized. Once reconstituted aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
