Specificity
The peptide is 82% conserved in human calsarcins-1 or Myozenin-2. No significant sequence homology is seen with calsarcins-2 or other proteins. Antibody reactivity in various species is not known.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL.
