Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 414] (IgM) to Chicken Myosin
IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen, ICC, Western blot
Chicken (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgM Monoclonal
Tissue culture supernatant
IHC - Paraffin (1:5 - 1:10)
IHC - Frozen (1:5 - 1:10)
Western blot (1:5 - 1:10)
Specificity and Use
Myosin antibody was raised against cell preparation of chicken skeletal muscle.
Recognizes chicken myosin. Not specific for alpha-cardiac myosin.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:5-1:10 using the Indirect Method. Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris. Paraffin sections require microwave oven pretreatment.
0.15 M PBS, 1% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months
