Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. It recognizes a transcription factor of 64-67kDa, identified as c-myc. This mAb shows no cross-reaction with v-myc. c-Myc is a transcription factor that binds DNA in a non-specific manner, yet also specifically recognizes the core sequence 5'-CAC[GA]TG-3'. Activates the transcription of growth-related genes. [UniProt]
