Specificity
Reacts with mucin from small and large intestine and to a weaker extent with salivary and breast epithelia. Stomach, pancreas, kidney, and ovary epithelia are negative. Positive reaction of gastric cancer and colon cancer. The antigen is localized in the cytoplasm. Species cross-reactivity: Human.
