  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

MTNR1A Antibody, Mel-1a melatonin receptor Antibody, MEL-1A-R Antibody, Melatonin 1a receptor Antibody, Melatonin receptor 1A Antibody, MT1 melatonin receptor Antibody, MT1 receptor Antibody, Mel1a receptor Antibody, Melatonin receptor type 1A Antibody, MT1 Antibody

MTNR1A / Melatonin Receptor 1a is one of two high affinity forms of a receptor for melatonin, the primary hormone secreted by the pineal gland. This receptor is a G-protein coupled, 7-transmembrane receptor that is responsible for melatonin effects on mammalian circadian rhythm and reproductive alterations affected by day length. The receptor is an integral membrane protein that is readily detectable and localized to two specific regions of the brain.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of MTNR1A Antibody in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MTNR1A (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
MTNR1A Antibody flow cytometry of CEM cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
