  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About MST1

P26927 NM_020998 NP_066278.3

MST1 Antibody, DNF15S2 Antibody, D3F15S2 Antibody, Macrophage-stimulating protein Antibody, MSP Antibody, Macrophage stimulating 1 Antibody, Macrophage stimulatory protein Antibody, NF15S2 Antibody, HGFL Antibody

The protein encoded by this gene contains four kringle domains and a serine protease domain, similar to that found in hepatic growth factor. Despite the presence of the serine protease domain, the encoded protein may not have any proteolytic activity. The receptor for this protein is RON tyrosine kinase, which upon activation stimulates ciliary motility of ciliated epithelial lung cells. This protein is secreted and cleaved to form an alpha chain and a beta chain bridged by disulfide bonds.

MST1 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cerebellum tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
MST1 Antibody western blot of NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The MST1 antibody detected the MST1 protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
MST1 Antibody flow cytometry of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
