Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

Specificity and Use
MRE11A / MRE11 antibody was raised against human Mre11 (full length) fusion protein.
Specific for human Mre11 (full length). Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse.
Western Blot: 1:10000 in human and mouse. Immunofluorescence: 1:200 in human (has not been tested in mouse) Immunoprecipitation: 3 ul for 3x1E6 cells (in human and mouse). Positive control: Hela whole cell lysate.
Component of the MRN complex, which plays a central role in double-strand break (DSB) repair, DNA recombination, maintenance of telomere integrity and meiosis. The complex possesses single-strand endonuclease activity and double-strand-specific 3'-5' exonuclease activity, which are provided by MRE11A. RAD50 may be required to bind DNA ends and hold them in close proximity.
