Specificity and Use
Mouse monocytes and macrophages.
Recognizes the majority of mouse monocytes and a subset of mature resident macrophages, especially those located in hemopoietic organs.
Suitable for ontogenic studies because positive macrophages are closely related to hemopoietic islands, especially at erythropoietic sites. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:50. Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin): 1:50.
