MOAP1 / MAP1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide surrounding a.a. 342 of mouse MAP-1.
Recognizes 39 kD MAP-1 from human, mouse and rat origins. In human samples, an additional ~78 kD dimer detected in Jurkat cell lysate. In mouse sample, an additional ~33 kD cleavage fragment can also be detected in mouse small intestine tissue lysate.
