Usage
Suitable for use in Western blot and Direct ELISA. Western blot:1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit for is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml The detection limit is ~3 ng/well.
