Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

MME / CD10 antibody was raised against recombinant human CD10.
Recognizes the human CD10 cell surface antigen, a 100kD glycoprotein also known as CALLA (common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen). CD10 is expressed on a variety of cell types, including immature and germinal center B cells, lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and also on the brush border of kidney epithelial cells.
Immunohistochemistry: (frozen)- 1:80, (paraffin)- 1:80. Western Blot: 1:50-1:100. Positive control: Tonsil, Intestine or kidney.
0.09% Sodium Azide
Store at -20°C prior to reconstitution. After reconstitution aliquot and freeze at-20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
MME / CD10 is a common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen that is an important cell surface marker in the diagnosis of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). This protein is present on leukemic cells of pre-B phenotype, which represent 85% of cases of ALL. This protein is not restricted to leukemic cells, however, and is found on a variety of normal tissues.
