Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 6D4] (IgG2a,k) to Human MICA/B
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a,k Monoclonal [6D4]
Specificity and Use
MICA/B antibody was raised against human MICA
This 6D4 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.125 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Staining of HeLa cells with PE Mouse IgG2a, K isotype control (open histogram) or PE anti-human MICA/MICB (6D4) (colored histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
