Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
Rat thymocyte membrane glycoprotein.
Recognizes a monomorphic determinant of the rat I-A antigen present on B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, some macrophages and certain epithelial cells. Cross-reacts with certain mouse strains of MHC haplotypes k and s. Analysis of recombinant mouse strains showed that the determinants mapped to the I-A region. Species cross Reactivity: Mouse haplotypes k and s. Does not recognize BDIX rat strain.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin). Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% sodium azide.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C; Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
