Rabbit leukemic B-cell line.

Specificity

Recognizes rabbit RLA-DR chain (Mr ~35kD). Reacts with RLA-DR-transfected cells, but not with RLA-DQ-transfected cells and, in normal adult rabbits, 50-60% of peripheral blood leukocytes and splenocytes. It has been reported that the antibody stains: lymphocytes in the thymic medulla and some cells in the cortex; periportal cells in the liver; and synovial lining cell (i. e., infiltrating macrophages) in inflamed synovium.

Flow cytometry. Immunohistochemistry (acetone-fixed, frozen tissue sections). Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1 ug/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
