Specificity and Use
Recognizes a monomorphic epitope present on ovine MHC class I molecules. Ovine MHC class I molecules are expressed at varying levels on most nucleated cells, with exception of neural cells.
The applications listed have been tested for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
