Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
MHC Class I antibody was raised against murine macrophage precursor cells.
MHC class I antigens are heterodimers consisting of one a chain (44kDa) with betalpha 2-microglobulin (11.5 kDa). The epitope recognized by ER-HR52 is resistant to 0.05% glutaraldehyde, 1% paraformaldehyde and acetone. Marker For Haplotypes H-2Dd, H-2b,p,q
Lyophilized from PBS pH 7.2, 5mg/ml BSA, 0.09% sodium azide
0.5ml distilled water
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
