Specificity
Recognizes a monomorphic epitope on the mouse MHC class I antigen. The epitope recognized is conformation dependent and is reported to be phylogenetically conserved. Reactivity has been observed with some canine samples suggesting that this antibody may recognize a polymorphic epitope of canine MHC class 1. Species cross-reactivity: rat, guinea pig, sheep, bovine, porcine.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
