Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Essential transmembrane GTPase, which mediates mitochondrial fusion. Fusion of mitochondria occurs in many cell types and constitutes an important step in mitochondria morphology, which is balanced between fusion and fission. MFN1 acts independently of the cytoskeleton. Overexpression induces the formation of mitochondrial networks.
Immunohistochemistry: Mitofusin-1 Antibody - IHC of Mfn1 in mouse intestine. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Mitofusin-1 Antibody - MITO1 antibody was tested at 1:100 in HepG2 cells with FITC (green). Nuclei (Blue) were counterstained with Dapi (blue). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Mitofusin-1 Antibody - Mitofusin-1 antibody was tested in HepG2 cells with Dylight 488 (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 550 (red). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
