Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone NKI/C3] (IgG1) to Human Melanoma-Associated Antigen
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Human Melanoma-Associated Antigen
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [NKI/C3]
IHC - Paraffin (1:10 - 1:20)
Western blot (1:10 - 1:20)
Specificity and Use
Smooth plasma membrane fraction of MeWo cells.
Recognizes the human Melanoma Associated Antigen. Reacts with some mucus producing tumors, carcinoids, carcinomas of the thyroid, mast cells, histiocytes in tumor regions and with cells with secretory functions such as salivary glands, bronchial glands, sweat glands, pancreas and prostate.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin): 1:10-1:20 using the standard ABC technique. Incubate for 60 minutes at 25°C. Not recommended for frozen sections.
PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 15 mM sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months
