Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone NKI/BETEB] (IgG2b) to Human Melanoma-Associated Antigen
IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen, ICC
Human Melanoma-Associated Antigen
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2b Monoclonal [NKI/BETEB]
IHC - Paraffin (1:5 - 1:20)
IHC - Frozen
ICC (1:5 - 1:20)
Specificity and Use
Melanoma Associated Antigen.
Recognizes a (pre)melanosomal 100+7kD antigen (glycoprotein). Reacts with melanomas, clear cells sarcomas (melanoma of soft tissue), nevocellular nevi and normal melanocytes. Except for one case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in which macrophages were positive, no reactions with other tumors or tissues have been observed.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin): 1:5-1:20 diluted in PBS. Immunocytochemistry: 1:5-1:20 diluted in PBS. Use on cells grown on coverslips.
PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
