Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse, Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

Specificity and Use
MEK3/6 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around Ser189/207 of human MKK3 (KLH coupled).
Recognizes endogenous levels of human MKK3/MKK6 only when phosphorylated at Ser189/207. Does not recognize the corresponding phosphorylated residues of MEK1, MEK2 or MKK4/SEK1. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation: 1:250.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. No preservative added.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
