Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
MEK1 + MEK2 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around Ser217/221 of human MEK1/2 (KLH coupled). MW: 45kD.
Detects endogenous levels of MEK1/2 only when activated by phosphorylation at Ser217/221. Does not cross-react with related kinases including activated SEK (MKK4), MKK3 or MKK6. It will also react with MEK1/2 singly phosphorylated at Ser217, but not with MEK1/2 singly phosphorylated at Ser221. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse and rat.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. No preservative added.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
