Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
MED23 / SUR2 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide that maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human Cofactor Required for Sp1 transcriptional activation, subunit 3 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q9ULK4 (GeneID 9439).
Specific for human CRSP 3 protein. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species not tested. Reactivity with mouse CRSP3 is expected owing to complete identity between this ortholog and human CRSP3 at the site to which the epitope maps.
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Positive control: HeLa nuclear extract.
Required for transcriptional activation subsequent to the assembly of the preinitiation complex (By similarity). Component of the Mediator complex, a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. Mediator functions as a bridge to convey information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery.
