Specificity
The 18 AA human MCR31 immunogenic peptide sequence is not very conserved in mouse (11/18 aa, 61%) or other species. It is recommended to use anti-mouse MCR32 that is made to the mouse sequence. Actual cross-reactivity of antibodies in all species is not established.

- Western blot (1:1000 - 1:5000)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for neat serum and 1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
