Suitable for use in Functional studies, Immunohistochemistry, and Flow cytometry: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50. Flow cytometry: 1:50. Not suitable for staining paraffin embedded sections. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
