Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Antibody
Species: Human
Applications: Western blot, ELISA
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Anti-MARK2 antibody IHC of human kidney, tubules. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B7503 dilution 1:100.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Immunohistochemical analysis of MARK2 staining in human prostate cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot

Product Description

MARK2 antibody LS-B7004 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to MARK2 from human, mouse and rat. Validated for IF, IHC and Peptide-ELISA. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.
About MARK2
Serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in cell polarity and microtubule dynamics regulation. Phosphorylates CRTC2/TORC2, DCX, HDAC7, KIF13B, MAP2, MAP4, MAPT/TAU, and RAB11FIP2. Plays a key role in cell polarity by phosphorylating the microtubule-associated proteins MAP2, MAP4 and MAPT/TAU at KXGS motifs, causing detachment from microtubules, and their disassembly. Regulates epithelial cell polarity by phosphorylating RAB11FIP2. Q7KZI7 NM_017490 NP_059672.2
