Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Product Description

MAP3K14 antibody LS-C37665 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human MAP3K14. Validated for IP and WB.
About MAP3K14
MAP3K14, also known as NIK for NF-kappaB-inducing kinase, is a MAP3K type protein kinase. NIK/MAP3K14 is a member of a NF-kappaB-inducing signalling cascade common to receptors of the tumor-necrosis/nerve-growth factor (TNF/NGF) family and to the interleukin-1 type-I receptor. The protein has been shown to mediate TNF activation of NF-kappaB by associating with the adapter protein TRAF2. NIK/MAP3K14 (-/-) mice lack lymph nodes and have defective development of Peyer patches. Q99558 NM_003954 AAH35576.1
