Specificity and Use
MAP2K4 / MKK4 antibody was raised against synthetic phospho-Ser257/Thr261 peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser257/Thr261 of human SEK1/MKK4 (KLH).
Recognizes endogenous levels of human SEK1/MKK4 only when phosphorylated on serine 257 and threonine 261. Does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphorylated residues of MEK1, MEK2 or MKK3. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat. Species sequence homology: Xenopus, Zebra fish.
