Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2 ug/ml Bands seen at ~19kD represent LC3-I and ~17kD represent LC3-II There are also a few non-specific bands above ~32kD in mouse protein. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200-1:400. Positive control: Human and mouse brain lysate.
