A 10 AA peptide near the N-Terminus of human MAP1LC3A. The immunogen is located within the first 50 AA of MAP1LC3A.
Specificity
MAP1LC3A antibody is human specific. At least two isoforms of MAP1LC3A are known to exist. MAP1LC3A antibody is predicted to not cross-react with MAP1LC3B or MAP1LC3C.

Usage
MAP1LC3A antibody can be used for detection of MAP1LC3A by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 14 kDa Observed: 17 kDa
