Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot Analysis: A 1:500-1:2000 dilution of this lot detected NRAGE/MAGE-D1 in RIPA lysates from PC12 cells. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate NRAGE/MAGE-D1 in PC12 cells.2. Immunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for NRAGE/MAGE-D1 on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue permeabilized with Triton X-100.
