Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
MAD2L1 / MAD2 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide which maps to a region between residues 100 and 150 of human Mitotic Arrest Deficient 2 using the numbering given in SwissProt entry Q13257 (GeneID 4085).
Specific for human MAD2 protein. Other species not tested. Reactivity with mouse MAD2 is unlikely.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
MAD2L1 Antibody, HSMAD2 Antibody, MAD2 Antibody, MAD2-like protein 1 Antibody
Component of the spindle-assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. Required for the execution of the mitotic checkpoint which monitors the process of kinetochore-spindle attachment and inhibits the activity of the anaphase promoting complex by sequestering CDC20 until all chromosomes are aligned at the metaphase plate.
