Usage

For immunohistology, flow cytometry and Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50. F4/80 is sensitive to 2-mercaptoethanol. The antibody requires proteinase K treatment of paraffin sections. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
