Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
M13 Bacteriophage (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a Monoclonal [RL-ph2]
IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Isolated M13 phage coat proteins and mouse SP2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells.
M13 Bacteriophage gp8
Antibody reacts specifically with the gp8 protein. It can be used for Western blot (1:100 - 1:1000), flow cytometry (1:25 - 1:200), immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
PBS, 0.09% sodium azide
Store at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
