Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Lysozyme [Hen Egg White]. Cross reactivity against Lysozyme from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
Anti-Lysozyme Antibody is suitable for western blotting, IP and for ELISA. Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated below. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Store vial at 4°C prior to opening. Restore with 0.1 ml of deionized water or equivalent. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
