Usage
For immunoblots of yeast protein samples, use Lys20p + Lys21p antibody diluted 1:10000-1:50000 followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL). For non-ECL western detection methods, try the antibody diluted 1:1000-1:5000. For immunofluorescence on yeast cells, use the antibody diluted 1:1000-1:10000 (we routinely dilute the antibody at 1:5000).
