Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 dilution to detect Lyn in RIPA lysates of non-stimulated and EGF-stimulated A431 cells. Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Lyn (1:1000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Not tested. Immunocytochemistry: Not tested.
