Usage
Flow cytometry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Immunoprecipitation. Western blotting. In vitro complement-dependent cytotoxicity assays. In vivo depletion of Ly-6G+ cells. Flow Cytometry: 0.2 ug/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
