Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone D7] (IgG2a,k) to Mouse Ly6A/E / Sca-1
Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry
Mouse Ly6A/E / Sca-1
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a,k Monoclonal [D7]
Specificity and Use
Ly6A/E / Sca-1 antibody was raised against mouse LY6A
The D7 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte and bone marrow cell suspensions and can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
PBS, pH 7.2, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.09% sodium azide
Staining of 3-day ConA activated C57Bl/6 splenocytes with 0.5 ug of Purified Rat IgG2a isotype control (open histogram) or 0.5 ug of Purified anti-mouse Sca-1 (D7) (colored histogram) followed by FITC Anti-Rat IgG. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
