Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About LRP12

Q9Y561 NM_013437 NP_038465.1

LRP12 Antibody, LRP-12 Antibody

This gene was identified by its differential expression in cancer cells. The product of this gene is predicted to be a transmembrane protein. The level of this protein was found to be lower in tumor derived cell lines compared to normal cells. This gene was thus proposed to be a candidate tumor suppressor gene.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
LRP12 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of LRP12 Antibody with U-251MG cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from SW480 cell line, using LRP12 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysate at 35ug per lane.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
LRP12 Antibody flow cytometry of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
