Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 1D7] (IgG1) to Human LPIN3 / Lipin-3
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to Mouse LPIN3 / Lipin-3
Western blot, ELISA
Mouse LPIN3 / Lipin-3
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Specificity and Use
LPIN3 / Lipin-3 antibody was raised against synthetic16aa peptide sequence (KLH coupled) near the central region of mouse Lipin-3. No significant sequence homology is seen with Lipin-1, Lipin-2 or other proteins.
Recognizes mouse Lipin 3.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL).
PBS, 0.1% BSA
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
LPIN3 / Lipin-3 is a member of the lipin family of proteins, and all family members share strong homology in their C-terminal region. This protein is thought to form hetero-oligomers with other lipin family members, while one family member, lipin 1, can also form homo-oligomers. This protein contains conserved motifs for phosphatidate phosphatase 1 (PAP1) activity as well as a domain that interacts with a transcriptional co-activator.
