A synthetic peptide made to an internal region of the mouse protein (aa 78-115). Homology: 97% with rat protein and 78% with human protein.

This antibody recognizes the pro-enzyme (50kD) and pro-peptide. The pro-peptide runs at ~18-20kD when not glycosylated and ~35kD on SDS-PAGE when N-glycosylated. Species cross-reactivity: This antibody is reactive against mouse and rat proteins. It has not been tested against human or any other specie.
