A 15 AA synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of human LNPEP. The immunogen is located within aa 900-950 of LNPEP.
Specificity
At least three isoforms are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three isoforms. Despite its predicted molecular weight, LNPEP often migrates at 165kD in SDS-PAGE.

Usage
LNPEP antibody can be used for detection of LNPEP by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 113 kDa
