Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular LMNB2 / Lamin B2 Products

Species: Human, Mouse, Hamster, Xenopus
Applications: ICC, Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Western blot of Lamin B2 Antibody in Y79 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). Lamin B2 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Species: Human
Applications: Western blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of Lamin B2 staining in rat brain formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
IHC with Lamin B2 antibody on frozen human brain.
Species: Human, Mouse, Hamster, Pig, Xenopus, Zebrafish
Applications: IHC, IHC - Frozen, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Flow Cytometry
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA

Product Description

Lamin B2 antibody LS-C25133 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Lamin B2 (LMNB2) from human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for ELISA, IF, IP and WB.
About LMNB2 / Lamin B2
In animal cells, there are A- and B-type lamins, which differ in their length and isoelectric point (pI). Human cells have three differentially regulated genes. B-type lamins are present in every cell. B type lamins, B1 and B2, are expressed from the LMNB1 and LMNB2 genes on 5q23 and 19q13, respectively. A-type lamins are expressed only following gastrulation. Lamin A and C are the most common A-type lamins and are splice variants of the LMNA gene found at 1q21. Q03252 NM_032737 NP_116126.3
