Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
LIN28B Antibody, CSDD2 Antibody, Lin-28B Antibody, Lin-28 homolog B (C. elegans) Antibody, Protein lin-28 homolog B Antibody, Lin-28.2 Antibody
Acts as a suppressor of microRNA (miRNA) biogenesis by specifically binding the precursor let-7 (pre-let-7), a miRNA precursor. Acts by binding pre-let-7 and recruiting ZCCHC11/TUT4 uridylyltransferase, leading to the terminal uridylation of pre-let-7. Uridylated pre-let-7 miRNAs fail to be processed by Dicer and undergo degradation. Specifically recognizes the 5'-GGAG-3' motif in the terminal loop of pre-let-7.
Western blot of LIN28B Antibody in HL60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). LIN28B (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Flow cytometric of HL-60 cells using LIN28B Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
