Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
LHX1 Antibody, Homeobox protein Lim-1 Antibody, LIM1 Antibody, HLim-1 Antibody, LIM homeobox 1 Antibody, LIM homeobox protein 1 Antibody, LIM-1 Antibody, LIM/homeobox protein Lhx1 Antibody
LHX1 is a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein is a transcription factor important for the development of the renal and urogenital systems. This gene is a candidate for Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome, a disorder characterized by anomalies in the female genital tract.
Anti-LHX1 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY LHX1.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY LHX1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LHX1.
Flow cytometry of Jurkat cells, using anti-LHX1 antibody (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).
Flow cytometry of HeLa cells, using anti-LHX1 antibody (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-LHX1 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
